Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern every vehicle rental made through Omnitrix, whether booked online, by phone, or via WhatsApp. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

• Drivers must be at least 23 years old and have held a valid licence for a minimum of 2 years
• A valid passport or national ID is required at pickup
• Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young-driver surcharge
• Additional drivers must be registered and approved before the rental begins

3. Booking & Payment

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Omnitrix. Full payment is due on or before pickup unless otherwise agreed under a corporate account. A refundable security deposit is held on a valid credit card for the duration of the rental.

4. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may be charged up to one day's rental fee. Amendments to dates or vehicle type are subject to availability.

5. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

Vehicles may only be driven by the renter and any approved additional drivers. Vehicles must not be used:

• For any illegal purpose, or to transport illegal goods
• To tow another vehicle without prior written approval
• Off officially recognised roads or tracks, except where the vehicle and rental agreement explicitly permit off-road use
• While the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

6. Insurance & Liability

All rentals include comprehensive insurance with a standard excess, details of which are provided at booking. Optional excess-reduction cover can be added to lower your liability in the event of an incident. The renter remains liable for damage resulting from a breach of these terms, including unauthorised use or reckless driving.

7. Fuel & Mileage Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank, or a refuelling charge will apply. Standard rentals include 200km of mileage per day; additional kilometres are billed at the rate specified in your booking confirmation.

8. Damage & Accidents

Any accident, damage, theft, or breakdown must be reported to Omnitrix immediately, and to the police where required by law. The renter must not authorise repairs without Omnitrix's approval, except where necessary to prevent further damage or ensure safety.

9. Cross-Border Travel

Vehicles may only be taken outside Namibia with prior written approval and a valid cross-border permit, arranged through Omnitrix at least 5 business days before departure. Additional insurance and fees may apply.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising from a rental agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.
